So in text format, what you need to do is :
1. Find someone with the 2-Star Treasure Hunt facility
2. Make them a VIP and buy it from them
3. Immediately go collect your prize aka Bottlecap from the Treasure Hunt facility
4. Find someone with a 50 FC 1-Star Joint to buy and overwrite your 2-Star Treasure Hunt
5. Find your VIP and buy back the 2-Star Treasure Hunt again
6. Go collect your Bottlecap, and rinse and repeat
