semi automatic bottle capping machine comes for variaty of caps like screw, ropp, lug, plug press, crown etc, shown model is for screw caps for hdpe bottles
the machine head operated on a cam which make it lower & upper, user need to just place the bottle with cap on below the capping head, the head comes down and perform perfect capping & goes up, this is repeated at regular interval, use can opt for variable speed drive to control the speed of machine
the head is specially developed according to the cap size & shape, for mushroom type or any other odd cap shape we have special magnetic heads to avoid damaging caps while tightening, the capping head have unique torque setting system which can be preset so the cap tighten only upto a pre decided level and avoid damaging itself.
special purpose machine can be made with customized head or to suit different caps in one machine, like long caps, conical caps, ropp caps, wine bottle caps, plug press, caps, crown caps, lug or twist off caps, mushroom caps, round caps, caps with lid etc.
