Congratulations to Rivermont Art Teacher Colleen Tomlinson for leading K-12 students in the creation of a recycled bottle cap mural worthy of a feature story on Paula Sands Live! The bottle cap mural was funded by an education grant from the Waste Commission of Scott County.
