This is a quick tutorial to show you how to make wine bottle candles. First you score the wine bottle with a simple glass cutter, next put the bottle into a pot of boiling hot water. Quickly remove the bottle and submerge it into ice water. This will cause the bottle to snap. Then Fill it with your favorite scented wax.
