- One piece of 6×6 inch recycled cardboard
- One 18 inch silver curb chain
- Two 9mm silver split rings
- One silver charm of your choice
- One epoxy resin 1 inch dome
- A 1 inch circular shape punching tool
- A 1.8mm metal hole punching tool
- White glue
- Small craft hammer
- A 1 inch piece of double-sided carpet tape
- An image of your choice to fit a 1 inch circle
