Operation procedure
1.Clean al the foreign matters before operating the machine,especially Never put any tool or Rag around the Moving elements
2.The operator is prohibited to operate the machine without being trained.
3.It should make only one take charge of starting the machine when the operators exceed one person ; All others should not start the machine; the operator taking charge of starting machine should check if any one approach the moving elements before starting the machine ; To remind other is necessary before starting the machine;
4.Any operator can press the emergency stop when something wrong happens on the machine and inform it with other operators immediately;
5.Never allow the body part to contact the moving elements in the machine unless there is the necessary case and protection apparatus must be offered in adequacy. The operator for contacting the screw parts should be trained before operating it.Before adjusting the part the other operators should be informed of it .
6.Non-operator for switch should inform the switch-operator before adjusting the machine
7.Check the circumstance of machine including operators/transmission parts of machine before turning on the power switch when all the factor is in safe condition.
