Learn how to pour properly, precisely and without spillage. In this video, you’ll notice that no ice scoop was used – this IS NOT RECOMMENDED unless you are using plastic, unbreakable bar glassware. Otherwise, NEVER take the chance of scooping ice with glass glassware.
And if you do happen to break a glass in the ice well, pour blue curacao over all the ice and don’t use the well again until all the blue ice is gone and the well is properly cleaned out.
