**UPDATE**
SO I BOUGHT SOME DARK WOLF ABEC-9 BEARINGS AND THEY ARE EVEN BETTER THAN THE CERAMIC ONES, I BALANCED THE SPINNER PROPERLY AND IT NOW SPINS FOR OVER 3 MINUTES 
The sinkers are a #0 and can be bought from any tackle shop
