The Sazerac is a super classic whiskey cocktail that has a lot to do with American history. This one can be enjoyed during the cold months.

Sazerac:
1 oz (30mL) Rye Whiskey
1 oz (30mL) Cognac
Barspoon Demerara Syrup
10-12 Dashes Peychaud Bitters

NO Garnish, just express lemon oil over cocktail
