Automatic Rotary Filling Capping Machine
Working Principle on E liquid perfume spray bottles rotary filling plugging screw capping machine fully automatic system:
Put bottle into bottle unscramble to ordering, after unscramble bottle machine, well-organized bottle from conveyor belt to turntable
Sensor will detect there is bottle or not, detection signal send into the internal control system to control filling, no bottle no filling.
if detected a bottle, machine start filling.
Filled bottle will enter next working position, load cap on bottle.
After load cap, start pre-capping.
Enter into next working postion, start capping.
Finished product output by the conveyor belt.
