Here’s the recipe:
1/4 c. Milk of Magnesia (stimulant free)
1/8 c. Arrowroot Powder
1/8 c. Aloe Vera Concentrate or Aloe Vera Juice
1/4 c. Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free)
1/8 c. Filtered Water
10-15 drops of essential oils
Combine all ingredients in mason jar and shake well. Pour into reusable roller bottle (1-2 oz). Keep extra in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 months.
