Get crafty and upcycle your used empties! In this video we’ve turned a beautiful but empty Polynesian Island Tiare Eau De Toilette bottle into a fruity home for your little air plant. It’s fun, quick, easy to do and who doesn’t love a pineapple…
To make this fruity little treat , you’ll need:
• Empty bottle of Polynesian Island Tiare Eau De Toilette bottle
• Sequins
• Glue gun
• Super glue
• Green wool
Give your Tiare bottle a quick wash and dry to start. Remove the little pump and cut off the small plastic tube. Next, you’ll need to make a bed for your air plant to live in. Using a glue gun, carefully apply a glue circle to the top of the collar. If you’re under 12, get an adult to help you!
Once dry, pop your air plant on there to test it doesn’t wobble. Next take the super glue and cover the entire collar of the bottle. Wind the green wool around the collar, sticking it to the glue you just applied. If you feel like adding a little sparkle, stick your sequins around the bottle in a design of you choice. Pop your air plant on top and that’s it…you’re done!
