Custom Made Borosilicate Glass BULLETS Experiment

We test 5 borosilicate glass (aka Pyrex) slugs that were custom made by “Butterfingers” and sent to us to test. Even though the filming conditions were a little dark due to overcast, we were eager to try 5 of them out.
Borosilicate glass is a type of glass that includes at least 5% boric oxide. The boric oxide makes the glass resistant to extreme temperatures, and also improves its resistance to chemical corrosion. This glass is very popular in the manufacture of scientific instruments, and it was once widely used to make glass for kitchens as well.
The glass bullets were glued to the wadding for the purpose of preventing the slugs from falling out of the shells, but you can see where in most shots you can see the slugs do not separate from the wadding.
Want to see how he made these? It’s more complex that you’d think!

Thank you Butterfingers for providing these to us!
