Automatic vibratory lane tablet & capsule counter (1999) — s/n 2644/05 equipped with a vibratory hopper, eight vibratory lanes and two dosing groups. Machine is supported on a KING ATLC with a conveyor and an automatic system for presenting the empty bottles to the dosing heads. S/n 2646/05

KING CS60 SCREW CAPPER ( 2001)

Automatic screw capper s/n 300747, equipped with single capping group equipped with capping heads for two different sizes of screw cap.
1) Aluminium Golden PP28 Silice — Ext diamètre 28,5mm
2) PP 28-400 White plastic child resistant cap , ext diametre 35 mm; résistant aux enfants with a sealing disk on the neck of the bottle.
• Giraffe for feeding the caps to the vibratory bowl .
• Output 60 / min

* In line induction sealer to seal a disk onto the neck of a plastic bottle. S/n 81101/C.3644/08.
- A sensor at the entrance to the machine controls the height of the capped bottles . Bottles that are too high are ejected
- A sensor at the exit of the machine detects the presence of the cap; those without caps will be ejected..
The machines are still installed in the production area of the factory and a re available immediately.
