Last week I made, with 300 kids in 4 hours, a 5 foot bottle cap mural of a Brazilian parrot in honor of the 2016 Rio Olympics which was the theme of our field day today! The students collected bottle caps all last year and we finally got a chance to use the hundreds and hundreds of plastic caps we saved from going in the landfill to make recycled art!
