These nasty little metal ninja stars only take minutes to make and cost just a few pennies. Perfect for shredding mini targets. Check local laws before making ninja stars. Always use safety glasses when tossing because hot glue and star can come undone when hitting a target and stars do bounce or ricochet off targets causing disastrous results.
