The DPP-250A blister packing machine is a newly packaging machine designed for machine in our company; its function has reached domestic leading level. Features
Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the blister packing machine has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.
Manipulator towing adopted volumes double pendulum device, increased traction adjustable scope of the itinerary (it can get to 180mm), which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes. The blister packing machine can registration heating, positive forming, up and down , air cylinder heating sealing, automatic feeding, automatic lot number printing, automatic cutting die, easy to operate and credible running.
Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and could collocate exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of ampoule,needle, oral bottle, big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc.
Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies and hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.

About Packing：
To ensure our service quality, we will execute the following packaging standards in delivery:
1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.

A-The whole system
The Seller ensure the whole system can get to the requested capacity, accept and cooperate with the Buyer to pass the final testing of the whole system.
B-On-site installation:
The Seller supply the on site installation for the whole system, but the fees including air tickets, foods, hotel and translator in this period should be paid by User,the subsidy is 50USD/day.
C-Technical support:
The Seller supplies the technical support of the whole use life of the system,including the capping machine,and the procedures.
D-Spare parts supply:
The Seller should supply the quick-wear parts with the machine, to help the Buyer n further using. In the quality guarantee period, the Seller will supply the broken parts for free, except the easy worn parts or the damage is caused by misoperation.After the guarantee period, the Seller will supply all the parts that the User need for the whole use life of the machine in cost price.
