Barbecue Vinegar Grill Spray Recipe



This is the way I make my grill spray.Vinegar Grill Spray Recipe. It really adds moisture and flavoring to your cook.

1 – Good Clean Spray Bottle
11 – Ounces Apple Cider Vinegar
2 -3 – Ounces of Worcestershire sauce
1 – Ounce of Colgin Liquid smoke
5 – Ounces of Apple Juice
3 – Good Shots of Jim Beam Black
1 – Funnel

In some of my past videos you may have seen me using a spray that I use for grilling. I talked about it briefly in one of the videos but didn’t really give the exact proportions of the ingredients. Well, I been asked several times about it, so I wanted to go ahead and show ya’ll what I use.

First off you can get one of these inexpensive spray bottles in the cleaning section at WalMart or tha dollar store for about a buck. Be sure to clean it out good and mark on it what it is, so you don’t get it mixed up with something else.

The Main ingredient is Vinegar; vinegar is great for cooking with in many ways, indoors and out. Using a funnel pour vinegar into the spray bottle or roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of the bottle.

Add the rest of the ingredients. If you add you some Jim Beam or you can use whatever bourbon you like, just add about three ounces or three shots that will be just fine and for those of you that frown upon alcohol you can just leave it out, but remember that any of the alcohol it will evaporate during the cooking process leaving just that good flavor of the charred oak barrels it was aged in.

Put the top on it and shake well, you are now ready to spray some food!

So If you wanna do a little better on the grill or with your barbecue this can really add a lot to your cooking. I like using the spray because it helps to keep the meat moist it adds a lot of good flavor and helps to give the food a real nice color.
