multifunctional automatic cartooning machine is vertical type cartooning machine, with compact shape and suitable for sole variety box cartooning.
2.1 It can automatically carry out the following functions: leaflet folding, box open and forming, blister or any products insert, batch number coding, and cartooning sealing, etc. This machine can also equip with hot melt glue device and glue seal the box.
2.2 It adopts PLC control and photo electricity monitoring the working of the machine. If there is any exceptional movement in the machine, the machine will automatically stop and demonstrate the reason on touch screen. In this way, the breakdown can be dealt with in time.
2.3 Inner the machine frame, it is fixed with Transformer main drive motor and clutch brake, on the machine panel, there is transmission system torque overload protector. With these facilities, transformer main drive motor can withdraw with the transmission system whenever there is overload and ensure the machinery safety.
2.4 The machine is equipped with intelligence detector set. If there is no product, the leaflet and box will not come, in this case, there will be no waste of leaflet and box. If there is any disqualified product, such as no blister or no leaflet, the carton will be rejected on the outlet place, thus to ensure all the packed carton is qualified.
2.5 This machine can work alone or work together with other machine as a production line, such as blister packing machine, or cellophane paper (film) box-type and any other relevant machines.
2.6 The machine is suitable for packing different size box, only few adjustments to the machine. It is suitable for large quantity single product cartooning and small quantity different box cartooning.
