AccuCapper ROPP Capper is a Roll More than Pilfer Proof capper made to thread and seal aluminum caps on to rigid containers. The ROPP capping heads can be adjusted for an assortment of container shapes, diameters, and heights. Designer beverages or champagne bottles are fantastic examples of containers with ROPP closures.
Accutek’s ROPP capper is broadly use for Liquor, Health-related, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Foods, Agrochemicals, Edible oil, Lube oil and misc. industries. Heads with small stress springs can be fitted to seal PET / PVC / HDPE bottle. Capping heads can be adjusted for any condition and dimensions bottles. Capping heads with two threading and two sealing rollers for diverse diameters and heights (standard semi-deep drawn, deep drawn, further deep drawn) of caps.
The sealing & threading stress can be simply adjusted. Centering guides fitted in the heads assure that bottle is centered correctly just before capping to assure exact and exact capping.
