Mono-Bloc Glass bottle Filling Machine
1,Summarize
Bottles enter filling machine from conveyer, the rinsing clamp take the bottle neck turn 180° follow the guide, make the bottle mouth adown, the rinsing nozzle spraying water for bottle cleaning. after the bottles washing, drop-dry, the bottles turn 180° back, ensure the bottle mouth up. The undefiled bottles is transported to filling parts via star wheel. it start to filling when the bottle mouth touch the filling valve, Bottles go down apart from valve after finish filling. Bottles enter capping machine via bottle transporting star wheel,. The capping heads make action. In the effect of cam making take caps-set cap-crimping caps-disengage; finish the capping. The finished bottles are discharged and enter convey belt, the convey belt transport the bottles out of mono-bloc filling machine. This machine can be applied of different bottle size, it just need to make few adjustment or change few parts. The whole machine is covered by shell.
2, Main Features
1-Convey belt connect with feeding screw, it ensure the bottle ,it have the function of bottle separating and bottle holding. Ensure the bottle enter smoothly.
2-Rotary bottle washing machine, the bottle mouth turnover 180° downwards,so that the bottle washing is very complete. The water distribution circle can control the sprayer spray in a certain area. It also equips with waste water collection tray. The tray can collect the water for reclaim rinse liquid.
3- The bottle sliding block is made according to the shape of bottle neck. The material is stainless steel with rubber, it makes the bottle keep stably when filling process. and in accordance with the sanitary requirement. The open and close of the clamp is controlled by cam.
4- No bottle feeding no filling , photoelectric eye detecting the whole filling process.
5- The cap feeding machine ensure the caps feeding smoothly and no turnover. And the device will take out the caps which our of order. the cap is attracted to the middle of the capping head by the magnet, which will make the cap toward the center of bottle mouth.
6-The photoelectric eye assembled on the cap discharge lead rail, it alarm when the discharge lead rail no caps feeding.
7- The clamp and elevation system sliding bush adopt Germany-Igus brand, canker proof and maintenance less.
8- The filling machine can be connected with CIP automatic cleaning system, so that the filling machine can be washed conveniently.
9- The automatic lubricating system work every 4 hour(the time is adjustable), it oiling the bearings automatically.

3-Control system:
1、Electric controlling cabinet adopts stainless steel AISI304, PLC control the mono-bloc filling machine all the process from bottle enter to finished bottle output.
2、Touch screen operation, high speed and take count of every shift, if fault happening, and there will display the details, and show fault happening time and fault class.
